Custom Design Pistons

The piston is one of the biggest factors that determine the performance of an engine. The volume of the piston top is determined to obtain a high compression ratio to generate high torque, and the valve recess diameter is determined to match the valve diameter used. In addition, a shape that creates a tumble is designed to suck in more air. Furthermore, the compression height is changed according to the amount of surface grinding of the cylinder block, and a high-strength piston pin is set to suppress deformation at high revolutions.

Custom Bore

We can make any bore sizes from I.D. 68.0mm to 200.00mm. Please tell us what kind of engine you are building.

Custom Pin Size

You can choose the same O.D. wrist pins with current piston and also smaller or larger diameter pins. Thicker wall / stronger or thinner wall / lighter pins available.

Custom Compression Height

Rebuild engine sometimes has different deck height because of deck surface grinding. Or shorter CH for stroker crankshafts.

Custom Valve Rises

If you use bigger valves, you also need bigger valve rises to avoid valve touching.
