Our high performance custom crankshafts are made from forged SAE4340 chrome molybdenum in the USA. They are durable and wear resistant. The through holes lighten the pin journals, allowing for heavier counterweights with wider webs and heavy metal inserts to be used for more balanced designs. Our custom crankshafts deliver more torque at lower RPMs. Our custom crankshafts are also specially heat treated to increase durability and wear resistance from the core to the lapped journal surface. We can also use WPC treatment to reduce friction on the journal surface for durability and reduced friction.
