Custom C-C Length
In older engines, in order to reduce friction caused by piston side thrust, the connecting rod C-C distance is extended and the connecting rod ratio is optimized.
Custom Pin Size
Older engines often use piston pins that are over-specified, so we select modern piston pins made from high-strength materials, and can also set thin, high-rigidity pins to reduce weight.
Custom Rod Shape
Depending on the engine's target torque, the shape of the connecting rod can be selected from the lightweight Pro-A, the lightweight Pro-SA with normal strength, and the high-strength Pro-H. In cases where the connecting rod comes into contact with the bottom of the cylinder due to a long stroke, it is possible to design a narrower connecting rod while still maintaining sufficient strength with the Pro-H shape.
